My AquaBetta Bowl fell off the hanging arm-it appears to have broken around the neck-what happened?
It's possible that the screws were overtightened using a screwdriver or other device causing a stress crack in the glass. When attaching the bowl to the base it is only necessary to hand tighten the scres so they are snug against the bowl.

The LED light for my AquaBetta has gone out. Can it be replaced?
The LED lamp in the AquaBetta cannot be replaced.

The replacement bowl I received is not glass why?
Current USA now uses polycarbonate betta bowls. The bowls are virtually unbreakable.

What is the best type of substrate to use with the AquaBetta?
We recommend using the small (less than 1/4") plastic molded rock. With smaller media there is less chance of chipping or cracking the bowl.
