Can the KoiChef be programmed to feed more fish food?

Although the Koi Chef will only deliver a fixed amount of food at each feed interval, you may increase the amount of feed given per day by increasing the amount of feeding intervals.

How is the Koi Chef fish feeder designed to set over the pond?

The Koi Chef comes with a mounting bracket for attaching it to a post, and also comes with holes for attaching wire if you intend to hang the unit over the pond.

Is the KoiChef waterproof?

The Koi Chef is protected against rainfall but is not designed to be submerged in water.  Submersion in water can damage the mechanism and will void the warranty.

My fish don't need the mount of food dispensed in one feeding. Is there a way to dispense less food?

The amount of food the Koi Chef dispenses can not be adjusted.

The fish feeder is not feeding at the time it was programmed to do so. What is wrong?

Please check to make sure that you have followed the programming instructions carefully.  Please refer to the instruction manual for the Koi Chef in the Support section of the website for more information.  There must be an arrow next to the 1 to let the Koi Chef know how many times to rotate.
