Can the Lunar Lights be left on all the time?
Yes, the Lunar Lights have an incredible long life span which allows them to operate 24 hours. It is recommended you turn them on for nighttime viewing, as you will not be able to see them during the day.

Can the Orbit be installed in a canopy?
We do not advise the use of the Orbits for canopy installations. Although there are cooling fans installed in the Orbits, canopies are too restrictive and may cause premature ballast and lamp failure. For canopy installations we recommend our SunPaq Retrofits.

When turning on the blue lamp, one side does not seem to work. Is this normal?
Current-USA was the first to develop dual phosphor technology in compact fluorescent lamps. This allows one side of the lamp to emit a Super Actinic wavelength of 460nm, while the other side of the lamp emits Actinic 03 420nm. The combination of 460nm and 420nm provides the most complete Actinic spectrum for activating photosynthesis in chlorophyll A and C.

When turning on the Daylight lamp, one side does not seem to work. Is this normal?
Current-USA was the first to develop dual phosphor technology in compact fluorescent lamps. This allows one side of the lamp to emit a 10,000k daylight spectrum while the other side of the lamp emits a 6700k daylight spectrum. The 10,000k side will appear brighter or crisper than the 6700k side, as the 6700k side is designed to simulate a shallow water reef where brown and red colors are accentuated.
