How to read this chart:

1. Identify the model number light fixture you have.  Model numbers can be found on the product packaging and within the serial number of your unit.  The serial number is located on the back of most light fixtures with a model number being identified as follows:

2. Located the replacement item by its description in the second column.  The Replacement Part Number for this item can be found next to it in the “Replacement Part #” column.

3. The columns on the right indicate how many of the specific part(s) is used in your model.  Please be sure to only order the quantity you require.

How to obtain parts for products NOT under warranty:

If your product is no longer in warranty and you require a replacement part, we recommend first contacting your local retailer.  Many local retailers stock replacement parts and can obtain one for you quickly.  In addition, replacement parts can be purchased online through many online web retailers.

How to obtain parts for products under warranty:

Current-USA products carry a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase, lamps carry a 3 month limited warranty.  If your product is within warranty and you require a replacement part, they can be obtained by filling out the form below and include a copy of your original purchase receipt.  All warranty part replacement requests MUST include a copy of the original purchase receipt.  You may attach your receipt to this form below or fax it to 760-727-7066.
