Order Processing and Shipment
Current USA, Inc. offers free shipping on all orders over $59 shipped within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or to any international destinations. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For your protection, all orders over $500 will ship signature required.
All in-stock items are shipped within two business days from the date of purchase. All orders ship from our headquarters in San Diego, CA. Our standard delivery method is either USPS or Fed Ex Ground without a signature required. Standard delivery times are 3 – 7 business days depending on your locale.
Sales Tax will be calculated and charged based on the shipment destination. Current USA, Inc. is not liable for shipments that are delivered to the wrong address due to consumer entry error or for shipments that are returned as undeliverable due to any issues related to the destination address.
Damaged or Defective Items
Current USA, Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty on all of its’ products. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, simply complete our consumer warranty form for a replacement.
Product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. In order to qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in brand new working condition and in its original packaging. If it is returned in any other state, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Once your item(s) are received and inspected by our returns team (allow 3 business days from receipt), a refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation of this transaction.
